Portrait III — What Are You Separate From?

What movement, what flow are we separate from? The flow of light, sounds and smells, the transformation of food, the movement of air as we breathe, thoughts passing from one being to another , all occur within the universal movement of matter. The illusion that our skin contains our separate being weakens as we see that it is the flow of life that continuously moves through us.
